Pursuant to Iowa Code 21.8, the meeting will be conducted by electronic means due to the health and safety concerns stemming from the COVID-19 virus, which have rendered an in-person meeting impossible or impractical. If needed, and in accordance with Iowa Code § 21.5(1)(a), the Board will go into closed session to review closed session minutes because closed session minutes are confidential under Iowa Code § 21.5(4).

In accordance with Iowa Code §§ 21.5(1)(a) & (d) and 272C.6(4), the Board will go into closed session to review pending licensee discipline cases and investigations, including any cases ready for final resolution through closure or consent order.

The Board will return to open session to take action on items discussed in closed session and review unlicensed practice discipline cases and investigations.
