Effective March 20, 2020, the Iowa Professional Licensing & Regulation Bureau will not receive public visitors without an appointment due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
PLB is operating during its normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is being staffed at a reduced level. We are still available by phone and email. If you wish to visit PLB, please call (515) 725-9022 for assistance.

An application is abandoned if the applicant has not accessed or modified the application through the bureau’s electronic licensing database within the preceding six months.
